Glenn obtained his engineering qualifications while working with the instrumentation and systems engineering group at the BF Goodrich plant in Altona.

After leaving BF Goodrich to broaden his range of experience, Glenn worked for Uncle Bens Australia where he was involved in projects related to high speed packaging plant and providing support for the production and maintenance departments in the application of PLC's for plant control systems.

Graham has had more than 20 years of experience in the chemical process, manufacturing and mining industries in both technical and management positions.

Nick has had  more than 15 years of experience in the manufacturing, food and beverage, power generation and mining industries as an electrical engineer.
